Commercial Realty Associates, Inc. is a small company by design. By limiting our portfolio and carefully screening new properties, we’re able to provide every client with exceptional attention and commitment.

We too are commercial property owners, and the same staff members who run our client’s properties run ours. General Repairs & Maintenance:
Painting, parking lot repair, etc… Includes insured employees, fuel and use of our equipment and vehicles.
24 / 7 Real Time, Online Access to bookkeeping records
Scanning & Remote Backup:
Books, financial data and other important documents. Online access to this data is also available.

Direct Marketing:
