• List property with commercial listing services including: Co-Star, Loopnet, Mr. Office Space, Commercial Multiple Listing Service (CIMLS), CityFeet, and Black’s Guide (listings over 15,000 SF)
• Post listing on CRA website, allowing potential tenants and brokers to view/download flyers, floor-plans, maps and directions
• Utilize broker-to-broker network through flyers (email & facsimile) and phone calls to every major commercial brokerage firm in NJ
• Perform site visits; activity reports are presented upon client request
